The road to KINGSTON TOWN ….


Hola fellow foodies,

Growing up in Dubai, and getting the opportunity of trying out a more cosmopolitan array of cuisine, I have always liked to think of myself as a bit of a food connoisseur. Of course I’m more of a street food, get to know the culture, local markets, off the beaten path joints kindda guy – rather than a “hey ! where’s the next Ramsay’s Verre ? – No offense Gordon 🙂

My aim is to open my first restaurant/food joint when I turn 42, which gives me a good 6 years (as i write this), to soak in my culinary experiences and refine my taste buds. Through this blog I hope to get a more in-depth understanding of what drives food cultures, look to meet like-minded folks and share my passion with ya’ll – Here’s to accumulating my wannabe Restaurateur karma points
