China consumes 42 billion packages of instant noodles per year – Dang !
Nestle’s original “Maggi” masala flavored noodles continue to be the most successful brand of instant noodles not only in India but in the United States for Indian Americans, as well. I also personally recommend the higly rated “Wai Wai” brand of instant noodles from Nepal – try it uncooked – open packet / sprinkle seasoning / chomp down !!!
It would cost you only about $140 a year if you ate ramen for every meal.
There’s a whole museum in Yokohama, Japan dedicated to Cup Noodles.
